Working on behalf of some of the worlds leading agencies and brands, his creative leadership spans disciplines and mediums, connecting conceptual ideation, creative strategy, integrated campaign, and story with memorable physical, digital, social, and mobile experiences. He has originated and guided award winning work with global teams to produce authentic and compelling experiences rooted with a deep understanding of brand communications, consumer engagement, expert storytelling, and world-class design.

Aaron’s work and that of his teams has been recognized with many industry awards such as the prestigious Industrie Forum Design Award for Nissan Global Architecture, multiple Ex Awards, and an Ad Age Best Award among others. In addition to his creative leadership endeavors, he is also adjunct facility at California State University Long Beach Department of Design, lecturing within the Master of Arts Human Experience Design Interactions program.
